Food security is an important part of social justice. Portland exists in the middle of a band of fertile land with a long growing season, and yet we still are home to communities that lack easy access to affordable, healthy foods. These Portland-area organizations are coming together to talk about Food Equity, how it interacts with Social Justice at large, and where we might go from here.
Attendee contributions will be accepted, but are not required.
