Anxiety/Stress: Biological and Environmental Basis

This free workshop, led by Neil Weiner, Ph.D., provides information about the symptoms of anxiety, biological basis, and environmental factors. Participants will learn exercises that may ameliorate or lighten stress and worries.

Neil Weiner, Ph.D.

Dr. Neil is a St. Johns resident and writes the advice column for the North Peninsula Review. He was a practicing psychologist for 35 years in Arizona and three years in Oregon and is recently retired. During his years in practice, he also taught at Arizona State University, the University of Phoenix, and the University of Nevada.
